Canadian Experience Class
The Canadian Experience Class is a great opportunity for Temporary Foreign Workers, post graduates or anyone with Canadian work experience in a Skill Level of 0, A, or B of the NOC Code. The CEC is essentially the pathway for Permanent Residency and is also within the Express Entry, applicants are assessed on their Canadian Work Experience, and if they can become economically established.
Work Experience
Must have worked 12 months in full time employment in Canada in any of the 0,A,B Skill Level jobs within the past 36 months prior to applying. (Or the equivalent in 2 part time jobs).
The work experience must be directly related to the Lead Statement listed for the NOC Code, as well as performing many of the main duties and essential listed.
*Excluded Work Experience at any time, if you were considered a full time student, self-employed, or performed unauthorized work, it cannot be counted as eligible work experience.

Must not be Inadmissible due to Security Reasons, Serious Criminality, Criminality, and Health Reasons. Or any listed under the Immigration Refugee Protection Regulations.
